Luxury villa, Luxury villa with direct access to the beach
In the garden there is a beautiful pool, with sun loungers and parasols for resting and relaxing, shower and a stone barbecue..
Parking facilities in the private plot for several cars, as well as a double garage are of course also available on this villa property.
On the upper floor. There is 1 master bedroom with bathroom, balcony and magnificent views of the Mediterranean, 1 suite with en suite bathroom and 2 further bedrooms (one with sea views) with en suite bathroom and a large gallery with a marble staircase leading to the lower area.
On the ground floor: There is a large reception area with access to another bedroom, guest toilet, a spacious fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island (American fridge, dishwasher, oven, etc.), dining area, which connects the large windows/doors with the garden, a living room with open fireplace and a large flat screen TV.
Of course there is also a storage room, which is equipped with a new washing machine.

The deposit must be paid 24 hours before check-in to the landlord's account, which will be communicated to the tenant before his arrival. This will be returned 48 hours after check-out, after checking the property, provided there is no damage and there have been no complaints about noise/music (after midnight).
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to hold PARTIES in the VILLA, to smoke or to use smoking machines. The deposit will be retained in case of complaints from neighbours or authorities to cover possible fines.
The check-in time is always between 15:00 and 19:00 and the check-out time is always between 08:00 and 10:00. With the exception of a possible early check-in and late check-out, which have been agreed in writing in advance.
It is by no means a definitive agreement, as it always depends on the availability of the property and any reservations that may be made before or after your stay.
