Located a 5km drive to Houlgate beach, you can easily enjoy the sandy shores near our cozy studio in Auberville!

Our cozy STUDIO features a Double Sofa bed. Bed linen is not included but can be rented on-site for €12/kit. After exploring the beaches of Houlgate, curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favourite shows on our TV with TNT. If you want to connect with loved ones back home, low-speed Wi-Fi is available for free in the unit. Premium Wi-Fi is available for €3/day, €5/2 days, or €15/week. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or terrace and enjoy the fresh air!

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a kettle. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 and a small daily tourist tax per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning (excluding dishes and kitchen area) will be provided for €35 to €55.
