This house is a split-level house. In the lower part, where the entrance is located, is the cloakroom, 2 x bathrooms with shower and toilet with washbasin. 1 x bathroom with washbasin, bath and separate shower. On the same floor is bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedroom 2 with a double bed and a bunk bed, bedroom 3 with a bunk bed, bedroom 4 with 2 bunk beds, TV and DVD and bedroom 5 with a double bed. The kitchen with all amenities is also located on this floor.
On the top floor of this split-level house (accessible by stair lift) is the dining room, the living room with doors to the terraces on both sides of the house.
We rent out this cosy and wonderful detached villa in the mountain village of Annaberg-Lungötz in Austria. The beautiful new house is located on the piste of the attractive, marvellous family ski area Dachstein-West. Both in summer and winter, this is an excellent area for recreation and relaxation.
We rent out one flat for 6-8 people, one for 8-10 people and one (wheelchair accessible) flat for 12-14 people.
The chalet was completed in early 2009 and is one of the larger ones on the piste. The house is modern and offers enough space for everyone.
The house is fully equipped for the winter sports enthusiast; but also for summer holidaymakers, each flat offers a French door with access to its own terrace. An additional luxury is the underground car park under the house, which has 2 or 3 parking spaces per flat. This means that cars can be parked close by without snow. Electric cars are not allowed in the garage!
Our chalet is a non-smoking house.
Pets are only allowed in the Dachstein flat. 1 pet 15,00 Euro per night with a minimum of 50,00 Euro per stay.
Deposit: The deposit will be paid upon arrival in the flat: Apartment Bergblick and Dachstein EUR 450,- in winter or EUR 350,- in summer; Apartment Annaberg EUR 500,- in winter or EUR 400,- in summer.
Bed linen: If you rent for less than a week, bed linen costs 15 euros per person (compulsory)
Check in: Saturday from 3.30 pm (or any other day of arrival)
Check out: Saturday until 10.00 am (or any other day of departure)
