Leading off from the sitting room is the well-equipped kitchen with an open arch way leading into the light and spacious dining room with bi-fold doors leading out to the rear decked courtyard with a gas barbecue.

Up the staircase to the second floor there are two well-sized bedrooms with a neutral wooden décor. The master bedroom boasts a centrally positioned super king-size bed with a stylish solid wooden frame and matching bedside tables and a large wardrobe with ample hanging and drawer space. There is also a TV mounted on the wall.

The second bedroom is also generously spaced with two twin wood-framed beds with matching bedside tables and lamps and the benefit of a newly installed en suite shower-room.

Along the upstairs hallway is also a bathroom with separate stand-up shower and there is also a third room with dressing table and where a Z bed can be made available for a child on request.

Dartmouth has a range of restaurants and boutiques, with the historic castle and museums to explore too. Take a boat up the River Dart or see the sights along the Dart Valley Steam Railway located across the estuary in Kingswear.

Full Deck is a spacious property set in the heart of Dartmouth, an idyllic part of Devon. Just a stone’s throw from the River Dart, the property is ideal for walks along the estuary. Full Deck comprises two bedrooms; a super king-size and a twin, there is also a fold-out bed, suitable for a child, available if necessary. The sitting room and dining area feature original wooden floor, two sofas, a stove-style gas fire and dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped and complete with a breakfast bar, there’s a luxury bathroom with a free standing shower cubicle. Outside is a courtyard with gas barbecue, parasol and chairs, plus parking is available for one car in the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces). NOTE - No parking at the property - parking permit supplied (car park is approximately 10-15 minute walk from the apartment). Please note that the Mayors Avenue car park is closed for the Regatta Week.All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied.
