This lovely bungalow lies in the peaceful village of St Dogmaels on the northern reaches of Pembrokeshire.
The property is situated just metres away from the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the pontoon of the Teifi estuary making it an ideal location for outdoor pursuits.
Offering plenty of space and a contemporary finish, this property is ideal for a family or group of friends wanting an attractive and tranquil base for their South Wales holiday.
From the driveway, climb the steps up to the veranda at the front of the property; to one side there is patio furniture and a view of the estuary in the distance, to the other is the entrance to the property.
Upon entering the bungalow, you will find yourself in a small porch area with a bench and storage space for shoes and coats.
On your right is a large double bedroom with a spacious king-size bed, and an en-suite shower room.
Further down the hallway is the family bathroom and two more bedrooms; one double room and one twin, both of which feature patio doors that lead out to the rear garden and patio.
The living accommodation of the property consists of one large open-plan room with a sitting area to the front with woodburning stove, Smart TV and two large cosy sofas, as well as a kitchen and utility area with breakfast bar and dining table.
The kitchen is a modern affair with sleek cream cabinets and wooden surfaces, featuring all the necessary appliances needed for cooking a delicious meal.
There are patio doors at the front of this room leading out to the veranda, as well as a second door from the kitchen leading to the rear garden; both of which illuminate the room and infuse it with a bright and airy atmosphere.
Take a seat on the veranda to enjoy your coffee with views of the estuary, or enjoy the last of the afternoon sun in the rear garden while eating alfresco.
The village of St Dogmaels offers a number of small attractions; such as the ancient Abbey and Y Felin, one of Wales' only remaining operational watermills.
There are plenty of places to eat and drink locally with an award winning gastropub just metres away on the estuary), a cafe and fish and chip shop.
