Woodmans Cottage is a detached cottage situated in the village of Upper Seagry in Wiltshire. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, and a twin with en-suite, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking and an enclosed garden with decked area. Located in a pleasant setting with countryside nearby, Woodmans Cottage is a lovely retreat in an excellent part of England.
Access to the farm laundry room adjacent to the property where you will have use of the facilities including washing machine & tumble dryer. This room in dedicated to the storage of linen and equipment etc but also acts as laundry room for units without their own laundry room within their own propertiesDEFRA have imposed a nationwide housing order for all free-range poultry following an increase in avian influenza among migrating birds, which is now infecting domestic poultry in parts of the UK. While there is no risk to humans, this means our chickens will remain indoors until further notice, and access to the area around the poultry units will be restricted.We know that seeing the hens roaming the fields is often part of the charm of staying on the farm, but sadly that won’t be possible until spring. Rest assured they are perfectly content inside — being organic, they enjoy more space than conventional birds and have 24-hour access to their indoor “play pens” filled with shavings, hay bales, and even Christmas trees to explore.

Die Stille und Abgeschiedenheit.
Sitzfläche der Esstischstühle ist ungewöhnlich niedrig.
Spültischwasserhahn tropft permanent auf die Arbeitsfläche. Folgen: Wasserpfütze, schade um die schöne Eichenplatte.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Woodman's cottage. The location was very convenient with a car (Castle Combe, Malmesbury etc being just a few mins away). The cottage was equipped with everything you'd need for a stay (even had boardgames and puzzles there) and was clean. Our only complain was drai...
