The separate dining room with a feature fireplace provides a formal eating area, whilst the modern, fitted kitchen is spacious enough to offer ample room for a sociable eating area, incorporating both a breakfast bar and a dining table, with patio doors overlooking the rear garden. The sitting room is warm and welcoming with a woodburning stove set in a stylish slate hearth, a double sofa bed if required and a large bay window to let the light flood in.
