The villa is made up of two floors.
On the upper floor we will find the entrance hall, there through a staircase we can access a solarium terrace from where we can contemplate the views of the small surrounding mountains. In the same hall, the floor is divided into two independent rooms composed of: on the left a cozy dining room with balcony, this room is equipped with two sofas and two small armchairs in the center a low table, there we find the television and a computer of music. In the dining area there is a table with chairs for five people. Next to the living room there is an independent kitchen with an arch and a bar that lead directly to the dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: combi fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster as well as all kitchen utensils. In front of the kitchen we find a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. and right in front of this larger one equipped with a bathtub, bidet, washbasin and WC, in this one there is also the washing machine. And at the end of the corridor are the bedrooms, the one on the left has two single beds and the one on the right with a double bed, both have built-in wardrobes. The hallway has a direct access door to the pool and barbecue area.
We return to the hall and to the right we find another independent room, as soon as we enter there is the dining room, very bright, equipped with a table and chairs for six people; in the background the television area consisting of a low table, two sofas and an armchair, television and stereo. This living room has direct access to a porch and the pool. As in the other room, we find an independent kitchen connected to the dining room by an arch, fully equipped. Opposite is a complete bathroom with a bathtub. In front of this the other complete bathroom with shower and where the washing machine is located. In this same corridor at the end are the two bedrooms with single beds and built-in wardrobes.
The ground floor consists of two completely independent rooms. Two studios consisting of a kitchenette, like the other fully equipped kitchens in the house. Dining room with sofas, TV and music equipment. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink and WC. and they have a washing machine in each one. Each studio has one room, with a double bed on the right and two single beds joined together on the left.
The house has central heating in all rooms. It does not have air conditioning but there are fans.
Once outside at the back of the villa and always accessing from the first floor is the pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can enjoy, cool off and relax. As well as a small summer kitchen, where we will find a paellero, a sink and a built-in barbecue. This area is covered and protected and has a table and chairs to enjoy lunch and dinner.
