Extra heating cost to be paid locally depending on the time of year.

The following extra costs will be charged on arrival:
-Tourist tax: 1 Euro per day per person, excluding children under 14 years old
-Heating, when necessary: 10 Euro per day
-Late check-in (after 7pm): 20 Euro
-A security deposit of 200 Euro is required, which will be returned on departure.
-Pet surcharge: small size Euro 5 per day, medium/large size Euro 8 per day
We provide all our guests with bed linen, including sheets, pillowcases, towels and WI-FI In the heart of Maderno's old town centre, 20 metres from the shores of the lake, lies the ancient, skilfully renovated historic building.
Subdivided into 46 flats with large sizes and characterised by the richness of the finishes.
The internal lift, serving all the flats, allows private access to the penthouse, where a terrace with a breathtaking view over the picturesque gulf is discovered with surprise.
Private parking spaces are available for each flat as well as cellars on the ground floor. The flats are delivered furnished with custom-designed Italian design furniture.
Duplex mono has a separate entrance at street level, and consists of: kitchenette, large
living room with double bed and sofa bed, bathroom. The flat has a private parking space.

Information on the neighbourhood
Within walking distance from the house are bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and all basic necessities. Those who choose
our accommodation has the possibility of completely forgetting about the car, making it easier to move around on foot or
taking advantage of the bicycle and e-bike rental service.

How to reach us: By car from the Brenner Pass (A22): take the Rovereto Sud exit, drive in the direction of Brescia, continue along the Gardesana Occidentale to Toscolano-Maderno. By car from Milan / Venice (A4) (A35): Exit Brescia Est. Follow the signs for Salò. Take the SS45bis in the direction of Salò without entering the town. Continue along the state road to Toscolano Maderno.
