On the ground floor of this comfortably furnished holiday flat is the hallway and the living room with a corner sofa, armchair, living room cupboard, cable TV and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a dining area. The bathroom has a shower. You can reach the attic via a small room-saving staircase. Here you will find the second bathroom, also with a shower. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a wardrobe. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue right by the lake. You can swim and fish here or simply relax.
Location: Waterfront property on Lake Malchow. The property has direct lake access and a jetty for swimming and boating. The holiday flat is quiet yet centrally located. The town centre and town harbour are just a few minutes' walk away. There you will find cafés, restaurants, small shops, museums and churches. Meadows and forests border directly on the city, ideal for your relaxation in nature.
