Within a 10 mile radius is the picturesque harbour town of Salcombe renown for its quaint fisherman villages and annual sailing regatta. Also nearby and reachable by car is Hope Cove, Thurlestone and its sandy beaches as well as Bigbury-On-Sea, a haven for watersports. However you choose to spend your time, Patchwork Cottage is an ideal bolt hole to explore the very beautiful South Devon.

Outside: Garden with decked area and garden furniture provided. There are 3 steps from the pathway leading to Patchwork Cottage onto the front path, and then another 5 steps up to the front door. There are 4 steps down from the front garden to access the back garden pathway leading to the Backdoor which then has a further 9 steps up to the raised decking area.

Parking: Sorry, there is no parking directly at this property, however the nearest car park is only 100 yards away. Free on road parking is available around Kingsbridge subject to availability. 

General: No Smoking. WiFi Provided. Heating and electricity included in rental price, bed linen and towels provided (except beach towels) 

Pets: Maximum of 2 pets accepted: £25 per pet per week. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
