Drum House is a beautifully designed property spanning four floors in the seaside town of Dartmouth. Drum House has a large open plan kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, the perfect social space during dinner time. A substantial lounge on the first floor with a plush comfy corner seater sofa and free standing chair, great for a cosy evening in watching a good film lounging in front of the gas fire. The second and third floors house the bedrooms and bathrooms catering for a full group of six people, with one ensuite in the master bedroom, separate shower room and separate family bathroom. Drum House is located on a street set back from the main town centre, the property is less than 200 yards away from the shops, restaurants and cafes and is a level walk too!

Bedroom 3 Twin Room (3') singles, wooden clothes rail, bedside cabinet with lamp and wall mounted mirror.
Third Floor (Attic Room)
Master Bedroom Double (4'6") Bed, two bedside cabinets with lamps, built in wardrobe, velux windows with black out blinds, full length mirror and freestanding chair and wall mounted Smart TV/DVD Combi. Ensuite Walk in Electric Shower, w.c., hand basin.
Parking: Annual ticket provided for town car park (this works on a first come first serve basis). Please note: during Regatta week/s the Town Car Park is closed but the parking permit is valid in the Park & Ride at the top of Dartmouth opposite Sainsburys.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Power and Heat: Gas and Electricity included in rent. Gas fire in Lounge.
Shop: 0.1 ml Pub: Roughly 200 yards (The Dolphin Inn)
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels).
Notes - No Smoking. Property accepts a maximum of 2 pets. Please be aware this property is set over 4 floors therefore, we feel this property is not suitable for infants or toddlers. Baby friendly equipment is not supplied for the above reason.
