Sitting on the edge of Branscombe on a 58 acre estate, just a five minute drive to the village pubs and beach. Accommodation is well presented and traditionally furnished with one double bedroom for two guests. The grounds are a lovely feature of historic country house with walled formal gardens, woodlands, terraces, courtyards and a secret garden with a pond. A hidden gem of a property near the beach!
Branscombe is in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The village has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Beer beach and stroll around the village. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away. Beer 2 miles, Sidmouth 3 miles.

Parking: driveway shared with main house. Parking space for 1 car.
General: WiFi. Fuel included in the rental. Oil central heating if required. Linen and towels are not included but can be hired.  Limited mobile phone coverage.
Pets: one small dog welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
Notes: no smoking inside the property.
