La Valle degli Ulivi is an estate located in a magnificent valley with views of the lake and mountains.

Inside, it consists of two dwellings, a main villa and a depéndance.

Both are surrounded by greenery facing the olive grove and the lake within walking distance of each other.

In the garden there is a splendid private swimming pool for the use of our guests.

The larger house is a modern villa with a minimal and elegant style with huge windows to enjoy the surrounding nature, the view of the olive grove and the lake is truly magnificent.

It consists of a large single room on the ground floor with a beautiful bright living room that gives the impression of being lost in the garden, a large and well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful dining area, and a porch equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

On the upper floor there are three large and comfortable bedrooms, one double and two with single beds, and two complete bathrooms with shower.

In the basement there is a service bathroom and a cellar and laundry room.

The depéndance, a few steps away from the villa, is a rural house in stone and wood and is located right by the pool.

Inside, it consists of a large living room with kitchen, sitting room and dining area, a full bathroom with shower and on the upper floor a cosy double bedroom.

The estate is perfect for a family holiday or for a small group of friends.

The area is very quiet and private, just 5 kilometres from the centre of Bellagio, and can be reached by taking the road from Bellagio to Civenna.

Easily accessible by car, the estate has private parking spaces.
