** Since the apartment is rented for stays of more than one month, utilities are not included in the rent. The cost of these supplies (electricity, gas, and water) will be calculated according to consumption. We will ask you for a provision of funds, before your arrival, in the amount of 4,5€ per day and we will regularize the final amount once we have the corresponding invoices from the utility companies.
