The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1998, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. owner has an own dog Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
