This typical Mallorcan finca is situated in an absolutely peaceful location in the middle of a 62,000 square metre plot near Felanitx, surrounded by fields, fig and carob trees. The holiday home has been lovingly and tastefully renovated and is very well maintained both inside and out. Ground floor
Here you will find the spacious living room with sofa area and fireplace, the adjoining open-plan kitchen with seating area and access to the covered terrace, two bedrooms (each with two single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm), one of which has an en-suite shower room, and another bathroom with a bathtub.


Upper floor
There are two further bedrooms with 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room with a sofa area. From here you can reach a terrace with a chill-out seating area.


Apartments/extension
Two new flats with separate entrances and their own small terraces have been added behind the main house. They are 42 and 46 square metres in size. Two flats have a bedroom (each with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm x 200 cm), a living room, a small kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a bathroom with shower. There is also a third flat for 4 people, with two bedrooms, equipped with 4 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), a shower room, living room and small kitchen. In the annex of the main house there is a large, fully equipped kitchen (69 square metres) with a seating area.


Outdoor area
From the terrace of the holiday home - with a beautiful, brick-built barbecue area - you can access the pool area through a small garden gate, with a further, covered outdoor seating area and an outdoor pool. There is also a basketball court. On the large grounds of the finca there are sheep, sometimes horses and ponies in fenced areas.


Pool
11 m x 5 m, depth: 105 - 205 cm, stair access, cleaning with chlorine.


Arrival and minimum stay
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.



Additional costs
The 1st baby set (baby cot & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Further information on the amount can be found at: More information on tourist tax.


Cleaning
Final cleaning included. For bookings of 10 days there is an intermediate cleaning on the 5th day, for bookings of 14 days there is an intermediate cleaning after 7 days, in each case with a change of bed linen and towels.
