The holiday flat is located on the first floor of Haus Regina, is approx. 42 m² in size and has a living room with dining area, a hallway with integrated pantry kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a balcony with a view of the greenery. The promenade and the wide sandy beach are just 70 m away.

An optimal room layout, the complete renovation in 2022/2023 with new high-quality furniture, a modern TV and free WiFi ensure a pleasant living comfort during your holiday.

The separate bedroom of the "Nordlicht" holiday flat is furnished with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk. A modern sofa bed in the living room offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for two more people.

A cot and high chair can be provided if required.

During the renovation, an allergy-friendly oak-look vinyl floor was laid in both rooms.

There is a large green area with tall trees behind the house, which invites you to linger or for the children to play.

You can use the coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer in the communal cellar for a small fee.

Bicycles can be parked in the designated areas on the property.
