The Formentera Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom flat that enjoys a privileged location in the Oura area of Albufeira. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday close to the wonderful beaches and all the amenities.


This flat is on the second floor and is equipped with air conditioning and free internet. It has a spacious living/dining room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. It also has a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a marvellous balcony with direct access through the main bedroom and the living room, with a table, chairs and parasol, where you can enjoy the lovely scenery over the gardens and pools.


This flat is in a complex with beautiful gardens and an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children.


Due to its privileged location, within walking distance you'll find all the amenities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches, as well as several golf courses. The nearest beach, Oura, is just a 10-minute walk away.


You don't need to hire a car, but if you prefer, we'll be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season).


Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.


Prices up to 4 people.

The 5th person will be charged an additional amount which includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).


In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
