The Formentera Apartment is a charming 2-bedroom flat that enjoys a privileged location in the Oura area of Albufeira. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday close to the wonderful beaches and all the amenities.


This flat is on the second floor and is equipped with air conditioning and free internet. It has a spacious living/dining room and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. It also has a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a marvellous balcony with direct access through the master bedroom and the living room, with a table, chairs and parasol, where you can enjoy the lovely scenery over the gardens and pools.


This flat is in a complex with beautiful gardens and an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children.


Due to its privileged location, within walking distance you'll find all the amenities, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches, as well as several golf courses. The nearest beach, Oura, is just a 10-minute walk away.


In view of the flat's excellent location, renting a car is not necessary, however, if you would like to hire a car, we can help you.

Other transport options are the local Albufeira bus "Giro", with various routes and stops around the city, or local taxis, which are always available and affordable (for which contact will be provided).


The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.

Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)


Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).


A booking, insurance and archive handling fee of 2.9 per cent will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking fees (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras and excursions.


The administrative cost for changing dates is €150. ***
