The 60m² vacation apartment Balcón del Mediterraneo is located in Nerja, a town in Spain's southern Andalusia region. The apartment is situated in the luxurious Bayview Hills complex inside the Tamango Hills urbanization and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a hot/cold air conditioning system throughout as well as underfloor heating for the cooler months, a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view from their balconies and relax in the furnished garden or sun in the covered terrace, both for shared use. The terrace area is spacious and has a dining area with table and chairs as well as an exterior lounge area made of aluminum and is equipped with a textilene outdoor fabric sofa and chairs. Two foldable sunbeds are provided. The apartment also features a shared heated indoor pool, as well as a whirlpool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna.
