The kitchen is very well equipped (toaster, blender, nespresso, Italian coffee machine, juice maker). It has a double bedroom with a small private terrace with mountain views, a large built-in wardrobe and an adjoining outdoor bathroom, so it can accommodate 2 people. It is completely luminous and exterior. The bed in the bedroom has 2 bed bases joined by slats and two very comfortable and inseparable mattresses. Each one is 90*1,90, making a large double bed.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite dish, stereo, 55" tv, DVD, tdt, books, large fridge with freezer, osmotic, microwave, hairdryer, standing and ceiling fan, cooker and a washing machine.
The washing machine area is in a separate room outside and its use is shared only with the other flat on the property.
It has a well-kept and huge garden of 1000 m2 which is equipped with security cameras, completely fenced and protected, with fruit trees, olive trees, parking area, barbecue, etc, which is only shared with the second flat of the property. Both flats are rented separately.
