If you are looking for a villa with spectacular sea views, Vila Panorama is the perfect villa, located on the cliff of Calan Porter, with capacity for up to 10 people.

Spacious villa with 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. It has a large open plan kitchen with dining area and a large window giving access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen for up to 6 people.


The villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms, cosy outdoor furniture, with a built-in barbecue where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the south coast of Menorca.



The rules of the house do not allow the organization of parties or events of any kind. Escape Home will request a compulsory deposit of 150€ per person in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age, which will be paid by credit card before arrival and will be returned on departure, once the condition of the house has been checked, and within a maximum period of five days.

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands applies a tax, the "Sustainable Tourism Tax", to all tourists travelling to the Balearic Islands. The corresponding amount is €2.20 per adult per night (from the eighth night onwards, the price is reduced to €1.10 per adult per night) and must be paid before arrival.
