This roomy 200m2 villa is located in sunny São Rafael (Albufeira), a town nestled along the Atlantic coastline in the Algarve region of southern Portugal.
The villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. The villa features Wi-Fi, satellite television, a fan, and a washing machine. The villa is suitable for children and a baby bed and a highchair are provided (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the stunning sea view from the villa and relax outdoors in the beautiful, spacious garden or sit on the covered terrace, both shared features. You will also find a barbecue for private use.
There is a wonderful outdoor pool, which is shared with the owners who live there year-round.

The villa is located close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues clustered along the seafront, just a 3 to 5 minute (1 to 2 km) drive away. There are many nearby beaches with stunning rock formations, crystal clear, shallow waters, and wide, soft golden sand, such as the Praia dos Arrifes and the Praia da Ponta Pequena, just 3 to 5 minutes (1 to 2 km) away by car. Guests can also enjoy the natural coastal scenery at the Marina de Albufeira West Beacon hiking area just a 5 minute (1.4 km) drive by car. The 18-hole Salgados Golf Course is just a 10 minute (6 km) drive by car. There are cycling routes of various kinds that wind through the sublime coastal landscape of the Albufeira region. Faro Airport is a 38 minute (48 km) drive by car.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A bike can be provided.
