The GF of the 120 square meter villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge with wooden beams, a fireplace and TV set and a sofa bed where 2 more guests can sleep.

There is an additional toilet for guests and a small laundry room with a washing machine.

Master bedroom has a king size double bed and en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower.

From the master bedroom a French doors lead out to a little terrace at the back of the house with coffee table and chairs and a small Mediterranean garden .

To the first floor leads a large stairway from the living room.

The first floor consist of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, and a family bathroom.

One more bathroom  is next to the outside patio.

Dubrovnik area has great beaches, beach restaurants and bars. Many summer festival and great gastro offer. Visit the historic Dubrovnik walls that are part of the UNESCO's list of cultural heritage, the island of Lokrum, the old Stradun, the Rector's Palace and many other sights.
