The first 50€ of consumption (approximately 145kWh) is included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the client, at the price of 0,35€/kWh. During the low season - when heating systems may be required - for each booking a total of €50 of consumption will be included, regardless of whether this is electric or non-electric. Non-electric consumption can be gas, oil or propane, depending on which source the property's heating system uses.


The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2.20 per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.


All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.


Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' peace and quiet must be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
