Located about 4 km from the lively town of Sorrento, the two-storey villa (280 m²) has views of the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Outside, the garden is enlivened by the colour and scent of roses and citrus fruits, while a private swimming pool (4x5 m) and a children's play area are sure to be a hit with the youngest members of the family.


Two large private terraces, with spectacular views of the Bay of Naples and Sorrento, are furnished for relaxing and dining. There is also a semi-rigid Jacuzzi for 4 people (1.96 x 71cm) open from April to the end of October.


The ground floor comprises a living room with access to the 1st terrace and a sparkling contemporary kitchen with a table for 4. A second living room on the 1st floor has a double sofa bed and a kitchen area with a 4-burner gas hob, kettle and electric oven. From here there is access to the 2nd terrace where sun loungers and a table for 10 create a heavenly place to relax with friends or family.

- Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom: Queen-Size bed, TV, window with garden and sea views, French doors to second terrace.

- Bedroom 4: Queen-Size bed, TV, window with garden view.

- Bedroom 5: Bunk beds, TV, window with garden view.

- Tourist tax 4,00 euro per day per person for the first 7 nights from 1/04 to 31/10. Children under 18 years do not pay

- Deposit 500,00 euro

- Final cleaning 360,00 euro

- For arrivals after 20:00 until midnight an extra cost of 60,00 euro will be charged.
