Here, the view is superb, from the terrace and the living room: a breathtaking view of the sea and the large beach! It offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge.
- On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 90 cm beds, 1 160 cm bed), a shower room. Between these 2 levels: a separate toilet.
Private enclosed terrace, private parking next to the gite.
Adjoining 56G626 and the owner's house but not overlooked.
On arrival, 2 deposit checks will be requested: 1 check for €300 for the gîte, 1 check for €75 for cleaning. Here, nature unfolds to the rhythm of the tides and leaves you with a memory of serenity: an ideal setting to recharge your batteries and fill up with iodized energy! In Gâvres, you will find everything you need (10 minutes on foot) and you can navigate in the harbor of Lorient for the price of a bus ticket! Or embark on an old rig and visit the island of Groix! In the south of the peninsula, by the sea, this house is located 20 m from the beach in a cul-de-sac.
