This brand new gîte is on one level, on a half floor, accessed by a gently sloping ramp onto the terrace. It consists of a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.

This gîte is close to a second one called "Chez Alex" (3 people), sharing an above-ground swimming pool, a bowling alley, a swing and games for children. The swimming pool is only accessible in July and August.

A hiking trail passes right in front. At the exit of Saint-Juéry, the Chemin du Rousset takes you to Les Avalats, the gateway to the Tarn valley.
