Small nest for two, backed by the owners' house, in the heart of the village of Rabastens
Jean-Paul and Colette have set up a small, comfortable studio, 30 minutes from Toulouse and Albi, Rabastens being halfway between the two cities.
Starting from the village, 6 marked hiking trails lead into the green countryside where dovecotes, chapels and small hamlets surrounded by fields, vineyards and orchards, are revealed as you walk and you will also discover a very pleasant lake and very popular with walkers.
Its colors, its typical and lively alleys, its market and its historic buildings make Rabastens an essential stopover. Upon arrival, you will be struck by the omnipresent brick characteristic of the aesthetics of Rabastens, then, you will quickly walk through the village, set off to discover the Church of Notre-Dame du Bourg, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site (a remarkable monument on the paths of St-Jacques de Compostelle), its magnificent frescoes from the 13th to the 15th century, the ramparts and the Museum of the Pays Rabastinois. The charm and gentle way of life of the Tarn are at work.
You are now lazing on the banks of the Tarn and the surroundings of Rabastens are making your eyes soft.
The GITE, in a large, well-shaded garden with trees, consists of a living room with a kitchenette (you will find the necessary arrival items in the kitchen: oil, salt, etc.), shower room, separate toilet, and on the mezzanine a bedroom with a double bed 140x190cm.
The swimming pool is shared with the owners. Access to the independent cottage on the side where you can park your car in the shade of the trees, closed by a secure gate.
Outside, semi-covered terrace for dining. Heat pump heating, air conditioning, wifi, TV.

For your comfort, everything is included in the cottage: bed made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, cleaning service during the stay offered.
