The house has been carefully renovated, in order to modernize it and bring it in line with current standards and taste. The spacious, 2-storey holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (all with air conditioning) as well as 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet with a shower (outside beside the house) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a smart TV (65 inch) and a washing machine. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. The villa also boasts a fantastic private outdoor area with a garden, furnished terraces (open and covered), a pool (over 50 m2), an outdoor and a barbecue. The multiple sun loungers and the Balinese bed invite you to unwind outside with a good book while surrounded by beautiful greenery. On one of the terraces you will find a small bar and a foosball table where you can enjoy hours of fun. A table tennis table is also available. In 6 minutes driving you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes. The beach of Port de Pollença is a 7-minute drive away (4.7 km). Furthermore, in 47 minutes driving you will arrive at Palma de Mallorca airport (64 km).
