The flat Casa Tropical is located in the heart of Playa de las Americas in a very central location. All shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The flat is on the fourth floor (top floor) and offers a wonderful view of the sea. On a clear day you can see the neighbouring island of La Gomera. Internet is available free of charge via WLAN. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer, toaster and coffee machine. The flat offers plenty of space for a large family or two couples of friends. Two bedrooms have a double bed, another room has a single bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers enough space for a 6th and 7th person. The cosy living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (all German channels are received).

The bathroom has a shower with shower screen and a mirror cabinet with hairdryer.

There is also a washing machine and an iron.

A seating area for a 'quick' breakfast is located in the kitchen, another seating area is on the balcony.

The balcony is covered and the sliding windows can be opened. Incidentally, the single bed is located in an alcove on the covered balcony - many of our guests enjoy falling asleep there with a view of the sea.

The pool area is located almost directly below the flat.

The Casa Tropical flat is located in the south of Tenerife, right in the heart of Playa de las Américas, just two minutes from the beach and water sports facilities, a beautiful place with an average annual temperature of 29ºC, ideal for beach holidays and relaxation.

18 km from Tenerife South Airport and 1 km from Las Américas Golf Course. The flat is located in a quiet and familiar complex that is ideal for a holiday on the beach and has a fantastic view of the sea. The neighbouring island of La Gomera can also be seen from time to time. The beach is just a few steps away.

Playa de las Américas is the main tourist resort on Tenerife. The town, which has grown over the years, is a coastal resort built as a holiday settlement and is part of the municipality of Arona. The town is located in the south-west of the island and, with its sheltered bays, offers an ideal holiday destination for bathers, beach tourists, sports enthusiasts and active holidaymakers of all kinds. However, it is also an ideal place to relax for people who want to see and experience something despite the tranquillity.

Playa de las Américas, together with the neighbouring towns of Los Cristianos, Playa de Fañabé, La Caleta and Costa Adeje, forms one of the most important tourist centres in Spain.

The entire economy of the town is primarily geared towards the needs of tourists.
