This flat is located in an upscale neighbourhood above the cliffs in Agaete in north western Gran Canary. From the property you can enjoy beautiful views of the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the Teide and Tenerife. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the town centre with its cafes and restaurants, the beach and amenities.
The 40 m² patio, furnished with a table and sun loungers, offers stunning views of the ocean, Tenerife and the Tamadaba Natural Reserve. There is a parking space in front of the house.
The handicap accessible, ground floor 80 m² flat was built in 2008 and renovated in 2016 and boasts a large living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom and accommodates five people. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a double and a single bed. At the heart of the flat is the spacious, beautiful living room with its cosy sectional and satellite television. Wi-Fi and a mobile fan are also available. The kitchen with a dining table offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
A walking path takes you to the ocean (300 meters). Taking the path into the other direction takes you into town, where you will find shops, restaurants and cafes and supermarkets. A beautiful walking path leads from the house to ocean pools and to restaurants in Puerto de las Nieves. The beautiful valleys of the island are great for hiking. Near the harbour is a pebble beach. A ferry services Santa Cruz, the neighbouring island. It is 25 minutes (about 30 km) to Las Palmas on the motorway.
