As its name suggests, Bell Punt, translated as Beautiful Place, is an oasis of peace and tranquillity. This beautiful house, located right in front of the sea, has everything to ensure the best holidays enjoying the sun and the beach in Mallorca. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and spectacular views of the beach of Alcanada, staying in this property is an experience that leaves no one indifferent, as this part of the island is characterised for being a very quiet residential area and its beach is one of the favourite ones for local people, who come to enjoy the summer days due to the serenity that the place transmits.
It is worth highlighting the spectacular outdoor area of the property, which has, among other things, a large garden that has been cared for with great care by its owners. This dedication is reflected in the beauty and impeccability of the garden: full of lawns, palm trees and a variety of other plants that give it great charm.
The terrace enjoys incredible views of the sea, and has two comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing on the lawn and another two on the covered terrace for relaxing in the shade, as well as a large wooden table with chairs and umbrellas for enjoying a good meal outdoors.
