Built in 1950 and renovated in 2020, the 180 m2 villa sleeps 8 people and every area inside and outside is conceived to enjoy the sun and the sea of the Marina Grande coast of Sorrento at 360°.


Inside, we are greeted by an enchanting open-plan living room and kitchen with access to the terrace; what strikes the eye above all is the original furnishings that recall the colours of the sea. Here we find a sofa, Smart TV and a table for eight people. The kitchen is well equipped with small and large appliances to meet every need. The bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, can be reached from the living room.


In the impressive 1000 m2 outdoor area there is a private panoramic swimming pool, a Jacuzzi for 4 persons, a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with sun umbrella and deck chairs to enjoy the spectacle of nature from sunrise to sunset and in the summer evenings, and a private garden with lawn, trees, gazebo, tables, chairs and barbecue.
