The penthouse is situated in a very quiet complex and has a large communal swimming pool with solarium and a small children's pool. The sunbeds on the solarium are free of charge. It is only 5 minutes walking distance to a new sandy beach, Playa del Ajabo, located in Callao Salvaje. The holiday home is completely renovated in modern style, bright and very comfortable. It has a cosy living room with dining area, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with separate utility room, a master bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a guest toilet. From the living room there is access to the terrace with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the island of La Gomera. It is furnished with a table and four chairs for sunset dinners, and 2 sunbeds. Our guests have a parking space in the communal underground garage. The complex is located in a very quiet area and is ideal for families with children, as it has security fencing and a large public playground is only a few metres from the complex. Restaurants, bars, pharmacies and supermarkets are within 15 minutes walking distance. This penthouse is also ideal as a starting point for excursions. Hikers can reach the "Barranco del Infierno" in Adeje in only 10 minutes and the famous water park "Siam Park" is only 15 minutes away. Furthermore it is a good starting point for sea excursions or parks like the Jungle Park, which is only 20 minutes away. An ideal holiday home in the south of the island, due to its pleasant climate and far away from mass tourism.

The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reservation. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 10.00 pm.

Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not allowed.
