The holiday home, built in the typical Canarian style of the region, offers 300 m² of living space spread over two floors and can accommodate up to ten people. The house is therefore ideal for a holiday with friends or family. The detached house was built in 1850 and was last completely renovated in 2008.

The holiday accommodation offers a total of five spacious bedrooms with views of the pool and garden or the sea, two of which are furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m) and the other three with two single beds (1.05 m x 2.00 m each). There are three bathrooms in total, each with a bath or shower, washbasin, hairdryer and WC. The bright and modern kitchen is equipped with a dining table for communal meals as well as a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The air-conditioned living room is furnished with cosy sofas, a flat-screen TV with USB connection, DVD player, stereo system and a telephone for incoming calls. There is also an additional room with a pool table and dartboard. A washing machine and an iron are also available on site. You also have free WiFi access throughout the house.

The highlight of the 4000 m² property is the 5 m x 10 m pool for private use. Sun loungers are available around the pool for extended sunbathing. The terrace is partially covered so that you can also relax in the shade. There is a further bathroom with access via the terrace with a shower and WC for outdoor use. A barbecue and garden furniture are also available in the outdoor area. The property is completely fenced off by a wall, so you can let your pet run free in the garden without any worries.

The house is also secured by an alarm system and has a safe in which you can lock up your valuables. Please note that your pet is not allowed on the sofa or in the beds.

The holiday home is located in the village of Tias, about 5 km from the sandy beach and the sea. Nearby (approx. 700 m) are a restaurant and a supermarket for daily needs as well as the local churches (650 m) and the town hall (900 m). Public transport is about 500 m away, the nearest airport is about 5 km away and the nearest golf course is 3 km away.
