This 90 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one with one double bed, and the other with 2 single beds as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet, and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television. The apartment offers a private terrace with a small pool and a covered lounge area with a sunbed and a small table where guests can cool off and relax in complete privacy. Nonetheless, there is also a spacious shared outdoor area with a garden and sunbeds where guests can swim or enjoy the sun. You will find the closest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in the centre of Yaiza, just a 2-minute drive away (1.2km), while the closest beach, Playa Blanca, can be reached after 10 minutes driving (6.8km). Guests can also go on a day trip to “Los Volcanes National Park” (18.4km; a 20-minute drive) or visit the “Jameos del Agua” natural and cultural space with beautiful caves, a restaurant and a museum (36.8 km; 34 minutes driving). The airport of the island is conveniently located just 5.5km or a 5-minute drive from the property.
