Abersant House is a contemporary and well-appointed three bedroomed property only a stone’s throw from the incredibly popular Church Bay on the Isle of Anglesey.
The large living room and dining rooms comfortably accommodate 6 people and guests will enjoy the fresh, contemporary styling. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities required for the perfect self-catered stay including a dishwasher and washing machine, while the breakfast bar makes for a sociable stay where everyone can enjoy their morning coffee together.
The bedrooms are all on the first floor and comprise a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom which will be set as a twin or can be setup as a king-sized double on request in advance.
All bed linen and towels are included in the rent and Abersant House offers ample off-road parking; fibre broadband Wi-Fi; and a travel cot and highchair can also be provided for guests bringing young children.
The outdoor hot tub is a popular feature with guests who can sit outside, under the stars all year round. The hot tub is in the private, enclosed garden making Abersant House also an ideal getaway for families with young children and pets.
The nearby Church Bay Beach (called Porth Swtan in Welsh), is a beautiful, unspoilt sand and pebble beach edged with rock pools. Dogs are allowed on the beach at all times of the year and swimming, sailing, fishing and surfing are all popular activities available here. The local restaurant is famous for its lobster and the area boasts many great places to enjoy a meal out.
Fydlyn Beach and Porth Tywyn Mawr are other beaches within a mile or two of Abersant House. Fydlyn is a secluded shingle beach that sits in the shelter of the rocky islets of Ynys y Fydlyn while Porth Tywyn Mawr is half a mile of beautiful golden sand and largely backed by low dunes. It’s a popular spot for watersports such as sailing, jet-skiing, kite-surfing, kayaking and surfing.
Please note that stag/hen or similar parties are not permitted and the property has a £150 security deposit. Young puppies or old dogs require prior agreement with the owner (please call for details), and pets should not be left alone in the property at any time. The property is strictly no-smoking throughout.
