This fantastic house is located next to the San Nicolás viewpoint, which offers privileged views of the Alhambra, the most visited monument in Spain. It is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Granada, the Albaicín neighborhood.
Casa San Nicolás is distributed over three floors (basement, ground floor and first floor) this accommodation has a capacity for 10 guests.
Upon entering the accommodation we find a living room with a sofa, Smart TV, armchair, side table, chairs and a dining table with capacity for up to 6 people. From the living room we can access the rear garden of the accommodation that has outdoor furniture, a porch, a swimming pool and views of the old Nasrid wall, which is also part of the garden.
On the ground floor of the house we find the kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your stay and a room with two single beds, views of the garden and bathroom en suite. On this floor, there are the stairs that give access to the first floor where there are two bathrooms and three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the others with two single beds. The master bedroom has a balcony and views of the Alhambra.
We access the basement by stairs from the ground floor of the house, in which we find a room with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The house also has a private garage with capacity for one car.
This house is located in the heart of the Albaicín neighborhood, the oldest neighborhood in Granada. This neighborhood is located in front of the Alhambra hill, on the San Cristóbal hill, and surrounded by Sacromonte, Elvira street and the Darro river. This neighborhood is a perfect place to relax, to explore its narrow streets, discover viewpoints and enjoy the typical gastronomy of the city.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
