The bathroom has a shower screen and towels and bath towels are provided.
The ideal capacity of the accommodation is three people.
The complex has a swimming pool with free access to guests with a shower, sun loungers and a bathroom.

The building has two lifts, but does not have a parking space. It is possible to rent a parking space in a public car park just 50 metres from the property.

Within 100 metres of the property there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as supermarkets. The beaches of Faro and Fontanilla have toilets, playgrounds, hammocks, parasols and beach bars. They also have the distinction of the blue flag, an award given to beaches that meet certain environmental and service conditions. The promenade leads to Puerto Banús, one of the most famous ports in the world, located 6.5 km away along the beach line at all times.
