The Apartment Marbella, is a comfortable flat located 20 meters from the wonderful Pescadores Beach.


Centrally located and within walking distance of all accessibility, this flat is perfect for couples, families or groups of friends who wish to relax and enjoy the best the city has to offer.


Situated on the second floor with access by lift or stairs, this flat has free internet, a living room, where you will find comfortable sofa beds (2 single and one double), a bunk bed built into the entrance, as well as a bathroom with shower and a wardrobe built into the entrance.


It has a kitchenette with a dining table and chairs and a wonderful balcony with sea view, where you can enjoy the outdoor barbecue and enjoy a relaxing meal outdoors.


The Marbella flat is situated in the centre of Albufeira, right on the seafront line at Praia dos Pescadores, where you have everything you need, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies, for a relaxing and memorable holiday.


Albufeira old town centre is a few streets away and the famous Rua da Oura is 5 minutes away, where you will find the best bars and the best nightlife that the city has to offer.


Car rental is recommended, which we can help you book upon request. Other transport options, are Albufeira's local bus "Giro", with several routes around the city, or the local taxis, which are always available and affordable.



The changeover day for this property is on Saturdays.


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not meet the property's changeover day, before you book, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.



Check-in hours: Saturday from 16:00 to 00:00

Check-out time: 10:00


Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in low season)


- Move-in day is Saturday (however flexibility is possible in low season)


- A booking handling, insurance and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied on the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions.


Prices up to 3 persons.

- From the 4th to the 6th person an additional amount will be charged which includes an extra bed (only € 77 each, per week) or in case of small children (babies / toddlers) a cot (only € 21 each, per week).


The administrative fee for date changes is € 150. ***
