The 65 sqm modern 2-room flat consists of: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living/bedroom with 2 pull-out couches, flat screen satellite TV, stereo and kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom/WC, 2 balconies, full sea view from all windows to the island of Neuwerk, the Weltschifffahrtsweg and the sunset, telephone, lift, 1 car parking space, washing machine and dryer for a fee in the house, beach chair included (season: May to October). The prices quoted are per holiday flat and night.
Laundry package bookable.
Minimum stay in the high season 7 nights, in the low season on request. There is currently a large building site in the immediate vicinity, so construction noise is to be expected during the day.
