Centenary house recently renovated with excellent criteria. With all the necessary comforts for the enjoyment of the holidays, both in winter and summer.
Situated in the heart of Mallorca, in the village of Petra which is the municipality of the vineyard par excellence, as well as well known for the relationship of Fray Junipero Serra born in the region, Franciscan monk founder of 10 missions of which Petra houses the museum dedicated to his figure.
House with large and well-kept gardens has 6 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.
2 of the bedrooms are in the old part of the house, which also has 2 living rooms, one of them with satellite TV, the kitchen and the dining room. Leading outside there is another glazed dining room overlooking the garden and pool. The other 4 bedrooms are newly built annexes, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Surrounded by garden and views to the village.
Ideal house for large groups of friends or family, work meetings, etc.
Expenses to be paid separately NOT included in the price
- - Heating consumption at 40€/day
- - Tourist tax:
- High season (May to October) 2€/adult/night, first 8 nights. Ninth night and following nights
1€/adult/night.
- Low season (November to April) 0.50€/adult/night, first 8 nights. Ninth and following nights
0.25€/adult/night.
- - Security deposit 500€.
