The 3 apartments “Estudio Tajinaste”, “Estudio Cardón” and “Estudio Verode” each consist of a living area, a kitchen, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom. The apartments can therefore accommodate 2 people each and “Casa Aloe” can accommodate in total 6 people. In the building there is also a larger, communal kitchen and a gym. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. Furthermore, the property boasts a private balcony, 2 terraces (covered and open) as well as a private barbecue. In the communal outdoor area, which is shared with the house “La Casita del Rincón”, you will find a beautiful garden dotted with palm trees, a pool, an outdoor shower and a table tennis table. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. There are some cats and a small dog belonging to the homeowner who live on the property. The homeowner lives in a separate house on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The pool is unheated and open all year round. The pool is open from 9:00 to 19:00.
