We offer for rent a small and cosy studio in a house with swimming pool within walking distance from the sea in the best beach area of Torrevieja - La Mata! There is everything you need to live and rest: furniture, appliances, crockery, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning installed. Spanish TV. The balcony offers lateral sea views. Inside the house there is a green area with a large swimming pool. To the sea and the beach just over 400 meters. The surrounding streets and the coast are full of cosy cafés, bars and restaurants.
