Located in the city of Torremolinos Cubo's Estudio Santa Clara offers you the peace, quiet and tranquillity of an intimate, quiet and bright flat. And all this tranquillity, with the advantage of being located just a few metres from the centre of Torremolinos and having very close road and train connections. The location of the accommodation is excellent, as you go out through the private lift to the promenade of the carihuela/beach of bajondillo or through the reception you have all the food, catering and leisure businesses you may need.



Cozy and newly renovated studio with incredible sea views from the private balcony and the impressive terrace of the building. The refurbishment of the flat has been done in spring 2019 adding simplicity and quality to the accommodation. You can enjoy a studio with a natural picture from the living room. On the terrace a 180º view will always provide you with a view of the sea from any point of the accommodation.



Because of the orography in which the flat is located and the layout of its terrace you can always see the beautiful sunrises of the Costa del Sol.



The common areas of the accommodation are distributed over a large gazebo, spacious, with garden furniture and a bar (drinks not included in the price) where you can enjoy the large swimming pool with access for people with reduced mobility.



We would like to warn you that the opening hours of the swimming pool may change, so on arrival always check with the concierge or be aware of the notifications that the community provides for the building of the accommodation.



If you are travelling with children (cot and high chair must be requested in advance and are included in the price) do not worry, the perimeter of the communal areas is fenced with high fences. There is a special swimming pool for children and the access to the lifts to the beach is restricted only to users of the complex by means of modern coded cards.



The distribution of the studio is very simple and functional. Living-dining room with double bed. There is also a table and chair in the living room and a very functional kitchen hidden behind sliding doors. The kitchen with ceramic hob has everything you need to enjoy your lunches on the fantastic 10 square metre terrace that the accommodation has.



The accommodation has a parking space.
