Mirarmar "I" is a flat for rent with private pool and sea views located in a residential area of Cala Galdana. Miramar stands out for its views and its location, as it is only a few minutes walk from the beach.


The flat for rent in Menorca consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them en suite), living-dining room, kitchen, a large terrace with barbecue, swimming pool, a laundry room and parking space.


The property is distributed on two levels, on one level is the swimming pool and down a few steps is the living area and the terrace overlooking the beach of Cala Galdana.


The master bedroom has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom, equipped with bathtub and hairdryer. The other two double bedrooms have two single beds and a wardrobe in each of them.


The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.


Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the terrace. The exterior of the property has a large swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, an area to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbecue area.


The flat for rent has a parking space, a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property is also equipped with a safe, WiFi and satellite TV.


All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and bed linen is changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.

The area


The urbanisation of Cala Galdana is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach situated in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shell shape make it a true paradise.


Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as lifeguards, sunbeds, boat hire, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for small children who do not know how to swim or are learning to swim as the sea does not cover the first 50 metres.

The urbanization has a family atmosphere, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horse riding, cycling etc..


It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal for walks, for example along the Barranc d'Aljendar ravine or walking along the Camí de Cavalls and discovering Cala Mitjana (20 min walk), the charming and unspoilt beach of Trebaluger (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35 min walk).

A few minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the towns on the island, so car hire is not essential, although it is always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is a lot to see and especially if you want to have easy access to different outstanding places and all the unspoilt coves.

HOW TO GET THERE


From the Airport or Port of Mahón (35min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22).

2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance of which you will find our office, where you will usually meet your host.

3. Take the first exit and continue until you reach the Miramar dwellings.


From the Port of Ciutadella (25min)
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at this village you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22).

Follow points 2, 3 and 4 above.
