In total there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, the rest upstairs. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The beautiful finca has a 5x10 ,metre swimming pool for you to cool off on hot summer days, a barbecue and a wonderful landscaped and well maintained outdoor area.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Firewood for the fireplace optional, cost according to consumption.
