PLEASE NOTE: Only 10 people are allowed (including 6 adults, 4 children or babies).


- A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



- Please note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax
Between the dates of 1 November and 31 March - of EUR 1 per person, per night, which is not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest.

Between the dates of 1 April and 30 October - EUR 2 per person per night, not included in the total amount and payable on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 14 per guest.


- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use (60EUR for 30 days of booking).

Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (whenever this is different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).

Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.

In the event that the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the value of the deposit.


NOTE: There are two random maintenance visits (pool and garden) outside the property every week.
