This 30m2 studio apartment is located in the commune of Duingt within the 4* flat residence "Les Libellules", whose white façade appears as if suspended from the shimmering blue waters of the lake.
A veritable pearl of the lake, located 10km south-east of Annecy, with the gentle green landscape of the Massif des Bauges in the background, the small village of Duingt is sure to welcome you with open arms during your next stay.
This bright, tastefully decorated studio apartment, cleverly furnished and equipped, is perfectly suited to 2 people, or even a couple with a young child (we can provide a cot on request).
The LES LIBELLULES - STUDIO pieds dans l'eau, plage property is made up as follows:
- The living area (lounge-diner) opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 4 people.
- A comfortable queensize 160x200 cm double bed ideal for contemplating the view when waking up from bed
- Its two wall-to-wall picture windows allow direct access to the 10m2 balcony, which will give you an unrivalled 180° view from the 3rd and penultimate floor of the building. From here, you can contemplate the remains of the Château de Duingt, the nearby lake shore and the surrounding mountains.
- The accommodation also includes a separate bathroom with WC.
A breathtaking panorama that will grab you and surprise you from the moment you wake up in bed.
As an indication, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat adjoining this studio can be rented in addition to it, thus providing accommodation for up to 8 people.
Hugging on the waters of our lakeside town, the Résidence "les Libellules" includes direct access to the lake for those who come to stay.
The cycle path runs right behind the Résidence and through the village.
This will make it easy and pleasant for you to cycle to Annecy, your local shops or even to the other side of the lake.
A lift within the building provides free access for people with reduced mobility. Your rental includes free private parking.

This village on the western shore of Lake Annecy deserves to be known as the "Pearl of the Lake".
Living alongside St Jorioz, Duingt (pronounced DOU-IN!) boasts exceptional views of the mountains and lake. The cycle path linking Annecy to Ugine passes through the village, making it easy to cycle between the villages along the lake.
Duingt has a number of shops, including the "best baker on the lakeshore", a tobacconist's and a number of excellent restaurants.
The rental is 200 m from "Plage de Duingt", 4 km from the golf course "Golf de Giez", 9 km from the town "Au coeur de la vieille ville d'Annecy", 800 m from the supermarket "Super U ou Carrefour Market (Saint-Jorioz)", 58 km from the airport "Aéroport de Genève Cointrin", 9 km from the train station "Gare TGV d'Annecy", 18 km from the ski slope "Le Semnoz" and is located in an ideal area for families and holidays with friends.
Duingt is clearly an excellent base for a pleasant holiday in both summer and winter...
